Mid-1920s, Sydney: HMAS ADELAIDE [I] as she originally appeared - RAN.

766. ADELAIDE in her first configuration - four funnels and 6-inch guns forward sited on her beams. The square structure between her fore and second funnels is a wireless shack. Her fighting top and director tower are painted black.
