cheap but not tawdry: $1 skirt

made of athletic-type knit--quick-dry polyester and my tried-and-true A-line pattern. This time I made the waist sit at the waist instead of on the hips.

 

The scarf is my answer to $20 knit scarves. $20? Really? This was 1/4 of a meter of inexpensive knit--I didn't even trim the edges.
