Bisok Cake

A cake made for the alumni homecoming of my college organization :) Frustrated me quite a bit. The white fondant had a lot of pleating and HOLES! :S Not to mention I BURNED one cake layer :O Luckily, it was salvageable :S I was pretty happy with the end result though. It was great practice :D
