Knolling terminals is tricky -[ HMM ]-
Crimp terminals. The red and blue ones are spade lugs, the yellow ones are for butt splices. The colors refer to the wire gauges (sizes) the terminals accommodate: red for 22-16 AWG (about 0.33mm² to 1.31 mm²), blue for 16-14 AWG (1.31mm² to 2.08mm²), and yellow for 12-10 AWG (3.31mm² to 5.26mm²).
To say this was tricky was an understatement. Working on the project a day earlier and summoning up as much patience as possible certainly helped, but my stability-challenged hands made it difficult, even with the use of tools to nudge and straighten these small parts. I spent considerable time on a different layout, but I had to pass on the finished product as leaving space would push the finished dimensions past the 3" (76.2mm) limit.
