This is the resulting pattern piece or close to it. I've done a few modifications to it to change the curve of the underarm.
As you're looking at it the shoulder is at the top and the center front is on the right. This pattern is a fabric hog and even 60" fabric isn't wide enough for a long sleeve so I add a folded band/cuff to get the length.
To turn it into a tunic add 1" at the hips blending into the waist and length, which will vary depending on how long you want it and the length it started at. I normally wear my tops about 1" above the leg crease and added about 5".
