Matthew17
Here God is showing us, that yes there WERE prophets in the Old Covenant that lead us up until the time of God the Son, Jesus Christ. We're no longer under the Old Covenant that kills, but under a brand New Covenant that gives Life to the Spiritually dead.
If you want Life from the dead, LISTEN TO JESUS, WHO IS GOD IN THE FLESH. HE HAS A MESSAGE OF LIFE EVERLASTING, IF YOU PLACE SAVING FAITH IN HIM AND HIS FINISHED WORK ON THE CROSS, HIS BURIAL, AND RESURRECTED LIFE ON THE THIRD DAY. HE ROSE FROM THE DEAD, SO THAT, THAT LIFE THAT RAISED HIM FROM THE DEAD, COULD RAISE US TO SPIRITUAL LIFE ETERNALLY “IN HIM”.
THE CHRISTIAN LIFE ISN’T OUR LIFE, IT’S THE LIFE OF JESUS LIVING IN AND THROUGH YOU, BY THE POWER OF HIS HOLY SPIRIT, TO THE GLORY OF GOD THE FATHER, FOREVER PRAISED, AMEN.
IF YOU COULD DO SOMETHING TO SAVE YOURSELF, SUCH AS, BAPTISM, SPEAKING IN TONGUES, ASKING FOR MORE FORGIVENESS, DOING GOOD WORKS, TITHING, CIRCUMCISION, PRAYING, GOING TO CLUB CHURCH ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY, OR ANY OTHER STUPID THING MAN CAN ACCOMPLISH IN AND OF HIMSELF IN HIS OWN FLESH, CHRIST DIED FOR NOTHING, WE COULD HAVE SAVED OURSELVES.
DON’T GO DOWN THAT ROAD TO HELL, IT’S ALL JESUS AND “NONE” OF OURSELVES! BELIEVE AND LIVE!
------------------------ JESUS ✝️ SAVES -------------------------
Grace and Peace to you from God our Father in the Lord Jesus Christ, FOREVER! Through Faith in Jesus!
10 The thief comes only to STEAL and KILL and DESTROY; I have come that they may have LIFE, and have it to the FULL. (John 10:10)
Jesus came to bring spiritual LIFE to the spiritually dead and set the captives FREE! FREE from RELIGION, ERROR and outright LIES, so they might serve THE LIVING GOD! In SPIRIT and in TRUTH!
