Lisbon's Foaming

I spotted this phenomenon on multiple occasions during a recent trip from Barcelona to Lisbon. The foam sealant is used when a building is demolished, leaving the walls of the remaining houses exposed. This was the first time the light was just right - more often than not the cavity never sees the sun because the houses are so close together.
