The Revelation - That is truly gorgeous
The Revelation is a sculpture created by Angela Conner for her friend the 11th Duke of Devonshire and can be seen in the Jack Pond at Chatsworth House in Derbyshire.
It is powered by a combination of gravity and the weight of water. To someone such as me, I liken it to a toilet cistern that when it fills to a certain level of water, it then automatically pulls the handle to flush away the water. (G)
