The opening page looks like a bad frameset
The proceedings are presented on a CD. Each paper is in a separate pdf file but they are named numerically so you cannot scan file names for authors or titles to pull out the one you are interested in, you have to use this html indexing system.
So looking at the page we have a frameset with navigation in the top and a large pretty image in the main part.
The first thing I did was click the table of contents in the top navigation....
