Brief

 

Devere Property were finding that their property promotion campaigns in the local papers were becoming less and less effective, as property seekers were increasingly using the internet to research and find properties to rent.

 

We were tasked to build a modern website with information for property seekers and landlords.

 

The website needed to attract property landlords and tenants looking for property lettings in Woking.

 

Devere Property specified that their should be links to the properties that were available to let through 3rd party websites.

 

Solution

 

A design was drawn up around some existing printed literature and re-using existing branding.

 

The home page includes links to FindAProperty.com and RightMove.co.uk, a YouTube hosted slideshow and property valuation link for landlords.

 

We carried out a search engine optimisation campaign for the website and currently outrank some of the biggest property websites for 'property lettings woking'.
