Pink Princess Cake

Maddie's 5th Birthday Princess cake.

Made with 12" White Chocolate Mud Cake and fondant. Tiara made from fondant with CMC and non edible diamanties.

Had a horrible time with this one as it was 37.c and only had evap aircon so couldn't turn it on as it makes the icing sweat.

So, cake melted and dragged some of the icing down, but my niece loved it so that's all that matters :o)
