My favorite part of the decoration.
It was "spur of the moment" idea.
The instruction was on YOUTUBE. They don't cost much to make. Tissue papers were at the 99c store. They have better selection than the DOLLAR TREE store. I found the HALLMARK brand for 99 cents.
There are two parts-the top is longer than the bottom. Lots of folding and you can make them as big as you want then finish the body with the pipe cleaners. They were the big hit at the party because they were all vanished and off the wall at the end of the party in no time.
