Sorry for the SUPER late upload. :) I have been very busy with work, i barely check all my accounts. So, hunger games, I love Effie and capitol couture is very opulent, extravagant and outrageous yet still whimsy. EVerything is color coordinated. Accessories is exaggerated :)
