"The Village"...
Just back from a short break to North Wales, which included taking in a rather dull & wet day in Portmeirion. For those of you that are old enough to remember, the TV series 'The Prisoner', starring the late, great Patrick McGoohan, was filmed here. The mustard coloured 'round' building in the first image, is Number 6's house from the series, which now ironically serves as 'The Prisoner' shop! The second image shows Battery Square', and the rear of the house (the one with the open French doors).
