In the Fern Canyon 🌿- Explore, October 1, 2024

While in Redwoods, we visited the famous Fern Canyon. The one that has species of ferns dating back 325 million years that are still growing on the cliffs. It was indeed very special and unique place to visit. The walls of the canyon are covered by different types of ferns and it was quiet a sight! This was one of the very few places in the Park that required reservation to visit. However, even with the limit on the number of visitors, there were lots of people and children running everywhere. That, together with low light and too much visual clatter naturally present there already, made it difficult to take good landscape shots. So, I focused on the close ups instead. :-)
