Eikando Buddhist Temple & Cemetery, Kyoto, Japan

Since the Japanese cremate the dead the plots are very small to contain the cremains. They are interesting to visit, but the art and architecture found in a Western cemetery are lacking.

 

The structure to the right is the bell tower.
