Judy's Wildlife Garden
Young Hedgehog - 2011
Last night I managed to get a bit of film footage of one of the young Hedgehogs who visit my garden to feed. It was about 9.15 and the light was fading fast but it came out reasonably ok. As you'll see this one...like most of them...has a huge preference for mealworms. They do eat the peanuts and sultanas, but always take the mealworms first before any of the others can get them no doubt! At the end of this you'll see the youngster run into one of the two Hedgehog houses in the garden...he then has a rest before coming out for the next course:)
