Site Cleanup Begins
The owners of the lot on the corner of Richmond Rd. & Woodroffe Ave. have gotten site plan approval. So they've started cleaning up the site, including the old wood fence covered with signs for the previous 'Azure' proposal. That fence had become an utter eyesore.
Site plan approval isn't a building permit, so they can't start building yet, but that's probably not far off. Once construction commences, an already terrible intersection will become an utter zoo, and will be left even worse than it was before when the new apartment building is inhabited.
