Hosting a contest?

Here is my Rory Williams minifig helping me to pre-announce the possiblilty of a minifig design contest. Something I have been thinking about for a wee while, since starting my blog really. So, suggestions? I have a few ideas but I need to think about prizes too. Keep your eyes peeled!
