Duff will play Olivia Burke, a movie star who enrolls at NYU, where her new roommate is… Vanessa. No word on how Olivia will interact with the other new Bobcats (roomies Blair and Georgina and "Lonely Boy" Dan among them), but we're guessing that she will.
