From a real fight (in previous upload) to an imaginary one....from the archives..
This was very funny to watch. This bird was having a face-off with its reflection in the glossy paint on this guide post at the start of one of the tracks at Binna Burra.
The visible sides of the post are very grubby from heavy rain splatter but the far side was clean and glossy.
It kept flying up and down the post like a yo-yo and was so quick I had to anticipate its position and snap before it got there. When it got tired it sat at the bottom for a while before resuming activities. Most shots the bird was half chopped off at top or bottom of frame. Surprising I got anything at 1/200th handheld on the old 400 prime.
