Oooouch! Hot-Fat-Burnt-Hand Blister or The Revenge of the Roast Duck

Kitchen accident carrying a roast duck in shallow baking tray from oven to table. After one day I decided to go to A&E at Guys Hospital. The fabulous Nurse popped it and dressed it and luckily it healed up fine.
