Gobi goat stew [1/4]. This series of pictures was taken during a brief visit to a party in Inner Mongolia. A family and their neighbors sacrificed a goat and made stew (and bbq) from it. We stayed long enough to see the process from start to finish, which took about 4 hours or thereabouts. Not much was wasted, and it was interesting to see how each member of the group did their part.
