Designed by auto engineer John DeLorean (of the DMC-12 fame), decades before his name became associated with the Back to the Future trilogy, the GTO is arguably the most iconic muscle car of its era. And, for good reason - with its engine options rated well over 300hp it was easily one of the fastest cars that Pontiac ever made.
