ISS flyby through my telescope.
You can see the solar panels smeared out on either side of the habitable units. The non-round star and the small wobbles in the ISS path are due to my telescope's far from perfect equatorial tracking (my fault not the telescope's).

ISO 1600, exposure 15 seconds, approximate F-ratio F10 Prefocused on background stars via 10 X Live View on camera LCD.
If you have a telescope with a well aligned finder scope- locate the ISS with the finder allow it to drift through the field, then align the crosshairs of your finder with the direction of progress of the ISS. re-locate the ISS at the 'base' of the crosshairs and and begin exposure. If your finder is well aligned then The ISS should pass through the telescope field of view.
