PRISM Rifle Remake

A remake of an old 0.6 PMG of the same name.

I haven't decided whether it's a laser, particle gun, or yet another plasma rifle. Just because it's called PRISM, doesn't necessarily mean it involves light, I just really liked the name.

 

EDIT: Credit for the stock goes to FlyingLaserBeamWalrus, which I modified heavily.
