This is part of a huge project on Wellington Street W that completely transforms the street. It is on the old site of The Globe and Mail newspaper building. It now is full with residential buildings in different stages of completion and two office buildings. The site is very dense and it will be interesting to see how good its public realm will be as a continuation of the good looking Wellington Street W
