Rowntree's Peppermint Crisps 2d : 1930s point of sale price label

A small item of 'jobbing printing' - a cardboard price label that would have been issued to confectionery shops and the like to sell this Rowntree's product. The old established York chocolate manufacturer would, in the 1970s, merge will fellow Yorkshire company Mackintosh's of Halifax before being swallowed by the multi-national Nestle.
