Ordnance Survey maps publicity leaflet; Archaeological and Historical Maps, c1963

A slightly visually livelier look for the c1963 publicity leaflet on archaeological and historical maps produced by the OS. The Survey had its own long history of documenting such landscape features and producing thematic maps on the variopus periods and subjects. The vignette is, I think, off one of the series maps but I don't know the artist?
