This project consisted of two phases resulting in the completion of a 20,000 SF State-of-the-Art Dialysis Treatment facility, with a 7,500 SF addition for patient screening.
A combination of sewer discharge and on-site leaching is utilized for the RO waste management.
A Steel and Masonry shell, with abundant natural skylighting contains highend medical finishes, casework, and nurses stations.
The original was building occupied in 1997, with the addition completed in 2001.
