Olvera, Spain
February 2015 - view from the centre of town, overlooking the 'Plaza Andalucia' and north-west towards Pruna Castle and Mt Terril in the far distance. Situated in the north-eastern corner of the Cadiz province and with a population of about 8,500, the beautiful Andalucian town of Olvera is one of the larger "pueblo blancos" (white villages) in the area with white houses, steep and narrow streets leading up to an old Arab fortress at the top of town. Close by is an impressive church, the 'Parroquia de Nuestra Señora de la Encarnación' (the Parish of Our Lady of the Incarnation). There are plenty more photos of Cáceres and other Spanish towns/locations if you take a look at my 'Albums' page, www.flickr.com/photos/36623892@N00/sets/ - thank you.
