Lunch at work today to celebrate a birthday at the plant. The meal — street tacos, quesadillas and the fixings — is referred to as “Luis’s tacos,” and the best birthday lunch you can have.

 

There were chicken, beef and chorizo tacos, quesadillas, short ribs, grilled onions, grilled peppers, homemade salsas, chopped red and green onions and cilantro.
