Tras el auge de los dos movimientos totalitarios mas crueles que surgieron entre las dos grandes guerras mundiales, el nazismo y el comunismo, cuatro políticos tuvieron un sueño.
Hoy políticos mediocres, a lo largo y ancho de toda Europa, enfrentados a nuevos fanatismos parecen incapaces de desarrollar ese proyecto.

After the triumph of the two most cruel totalitarian movements, nazism and communism in the period between WWI & II, four great politicians had a dream.
Today mediocre politicians, across the whole of Europe, facing new fanaticisms seem unable to develop this project.
