Lunette Stem
The Lunette has a flat tab-stem. This flat stem is more comfortable than hollow-tube style stems. Here I've cut off the protruding ridges on the stem and inverted them- this way I can still get a good grip on the stem for removal as well as not have to trim any of the length off.
