73 122 is seen at Dover Western Docks station having just run round the VSOE stock with a private charter. The inaugural run of "Orient Express" luxury train ran on 28th May 1982 but it was only used a couple of times a week so on other days it was available for private hire. The owning company Sea Containers Ltd soon had the corporate business market hiring the train for half day wine and dine jaunts around Kent. This being one such occasion so the train would have originated from London Victoria and had arrived via the Chatham route. With a 13 headcode its return routing to London Victoria will be via Ashford, Maidstone East, Bromley South and Catford.
