33 027 + 73 135 shunting at Clapham Junction. 1982.
Smartened up 33 027 named 'Earl Mountbatten of Burma' coupled to 73 135 is seen shunting ECS at Clapham Junction carriage yard.
Alas despite being something of a celebrity machine 33 027 lost its nameplates in August 1989 and was formerly withdrawn on 05/07/1991 being broken up on site at Eastleigh Depot in September 1992. 73 135 still survives though now numbered 73 235. The headcode 55 is something of a mystery in relation to this train as it relates to BR South Western Division to Stewarts Lane or Slade Green Depots via East Putney, a previous working maybe.
