Ground Bone Final
I really wanted to melt bone, again to dramatically change its structure and visuals. I tried to juxtapose each piece to show diversity. These bones were chicken bones crushed with a hammer then soaked in mineral terps for a day then burnt for 6 hours. Although they didnt melt i tried isotope for 2 days and then let it dry. I liked the ground like look to it and there is a hige diversity in shape in the whole lot. This photo looks great because it really ties into the morbid them of bones and also the fact that it reminds me of the ground. The red shines through like lava and lets the viewer see some of the interesting shapes and qualities of the bone.
