Turnback Creek Reflections
This is located in the Sierras on the edge of the town of Tuolumne, CA. The Westside Lumber Co. was located here on the Turnback Creek, but it stopped operating in the 1960's after a labor dispute and a fire that destroyed much of the property. There isn't much left of the town today, but there are still a few people living in the mountain community. I'm sure back in the day, this creek would have been full of lumber. This was an interesting location to explore while I was exploring the gold rush country in the Sierra foothills.
