Abandoned Mine in Death Valley N.P.
This was the first abandoned mining site that we saw when we went up into the high country this spring. There wasn't a marker here and this looked like it was a newer mine. It was interesting looking at the remaining structures and trying to imagine what this place looked like when it was in business. They sure had a lot time and money invested to get the operation running in this remote location.
