Under Contract

I truly and trying to find photos to share with you that I know will not get me into trouble. See, this Twaddler is under contractrual obligation to not share too much 'junk' that might be in the book at some point in time.

 

This is me and Maribel. She and I walked hand in hand throughout her tiny village of El Cafe together. I ended up with many many photos of her. First she was shy. She started by giving me the--what she thought was obligatory--pose of the thumbs up. Always with the other thumb or her dress, in her mouth. Some tourists must have taught her that at one point and she thought it was the only way to take photos. From that moment on, I found it my mission to capture her without the Fonzi stamp. It's so...out of place...is it not?

She really enjoyed seeing herself in the little window of my digital camera. And she put her tiny little hand inside of mine, claiming me as her friend.

In three more years, when I return to Twaddle to actualize this thing, I will take her a copy of the book that she is bound to be in and some lollipops.
