ROOF TOP TERRACES AND GARDENS

The roof will have mezzanines for the 7 penthouses and they will also have private terraces with magnificent views of the surrounding community and their own 'Garden' areas where they will be able to plant flowers, herbs, vegetables. Devterra will be offering the penthouse residents the services of the consulting group Alternatives to show them how to use these gardens productively.
