Black Bellied Whistling Ducks In Flight Wakodahatchee Wetlands

This photo was taken early in the morning at Wakodahatchee Wetlands as these Black Bellied Whistling Ducks flew by!! Twenty years ago this duck was a rare sight is South Florida but they have very quickly expanded their range to Florida from Texas and are now one of our most common year round Ducks!! This is our last posting until after the Tropical Weather moves through, hopefully it will miss us. But that means someone else gets to go through one of these nasty storms!! See everyone soon and take care!!
