Really these are not buses. Its are the mobile WC-units, ordered by my city-authority on MAZ-plant. Based on city-bus line MAZ-103 (ex-Neoplan), have 2 versions (M and F, obvious). Several pairs are used during street festivities. Have a nicknames "WCbus", or "lavatoribus".
