Made this with the fun Reverse Confetti stamp set Sno Awesome. Colored the sno cones with Derwent and Faber-Castell watercolor pencils, clean water and a brush. Die cut with the matching dies. Used some patterned paper (also Reverse Confetti) so I will add this to the current SSS Wednesday challenge to use patterned paper.
