Thursday Thunder

I was at my neighbor's, helping out on his racecar when this storm rolled in. I hastily set up the camera on a tripod, manually tinkered all the settings, and hit the trigger to test it all out. This lighting strike occurred the same time I hit the shutter release, so I put on the lenscap (had the shutter set to stay open 30 seconds) and hoped for a good image. Unfortunately I hadn't yet framed the car properly as this was only a test - but it turned out to be the best shot of the night.
