Construction on the Pensacola Lighthouse was

completed in 1858 and the Fresnel lens was lit on New Year’s Day, 1859. It is listed on the National Register of Historic

Places. Visiting the lighthouse offers

indoor/outdoor exhibits, lights of the moon tours, ghost hunts, and children’s

programs.

of the Blue Angels, abundant fresh seafood, great restaurants, historic

downtown, and beautiful white sandy beaches.
