Doing Something Completely Different
This past reading break me and three of my girl friends went on an all inclusive vacation to Varadero, Cuba. It was something I had always wanted to do but never had the money to do. This Christmas my parents gave me a bit of money to put towards going on a trip and luckily enough three of my close friends all wanted to go on a trip as well. So we booked it and went and had the time of our lives! It was a great learning experience for me as I did so many new things I had never even come close to doing. I had never flown internationally so I discovered what that initialed. It further sparked my traveling bug and taught me that seeing the world is something I want to do in my life. I had never been to Cuba which in itself is an amazing learning experience. I also learned you cannot always be picky about food and that even if you think you are booking a 3 star resort it just might be a 2 and a half!
