After 5 years of brewing and only 16 batches later I have this! Yep, it has been a rather haphazard brewing career thus far.
An automated Heat Exchange Recirculating Mash System (HERMS) such as this one will be able to create consistent beers over and over based on a particular recipe.... something that is very hard to do otherwise.
FYI, this is just the temporary location, until the bugs get worked out and I move it to my tiny apartment balcony.
