Action Pants Inc (aka Ubisoft Vancouver)

 

I was later transferred to the Wii team where I was needed to act as supporting Lead. Whilst there, I gave support and initiated numerous policies in order for the production of game to succeed. It was initially challenging, but once working practices had been ironed out and having to work within the constraints of the studios technologies we were then able to settle and do what was necessary to complete the production.
