This shot perhaps shows better the tape that has been applied to the frisket for re-enforcement. The windows in the frisket have been cut for the form to pass through imprinting only the paper. The brass rules are leaving excess ink on the taped areas of the frisket, but this can be easily wiped off with a rag, and a bit of solvent.
